Install hardwood floor(nail down, glue down, float)- $2.25/s.f. (straight lay)
Install hardwood floor- $3.00/s.f. (diagonal).
Install laminate floor (click, tap.n.lock, glue) - $1.50/s.f. (straight lay)
Install laminate floor- $2.25/s.f. (diagonal).
Install baseboard (any height) - $2.00/s.f.
Install Q.-round (paint grade) - $1.00/l.f.
Install Q.-round (stained to match) - $1.50/l.f.
Install hardwood on stairs - $50/step
Install laminate on stairs - $40/step
Install cork underlayment - $1.00/s.f.
Install moisture barrier (Bostik's MVP) - $1.00/s.f.
Install moisture barrier (liquid type) - $0.50/s.f.
Install vinyl as a moisture barrier - $0.50/s.f.

PREPARATION OF SUB-FLOOR AND DEMOLITION WORK:
